The Alan Skerrett Scholarship Fund Committee would like to announce a showing of Alan’s photography collection. The exhibit, to honor the legacy of Alan Skerrett which includes many of his original works, will be located in the gallery space directly in front of the library at Columbia-Greene Community College, and will hang from Friday September 27, 4 pm through October 14 (Indigenous Peoples’ Day), available to the public during the hours the college is open.

Light refreshments served. There will be an opportunity to share brief remarks on thoughts and memories of Alan at around 5 pm.

The event is to further increase the public’s attention to the scholarship, which is meant for a student majoring in human services or psychology, and who has demonstrated a commitment to social justice in our community. Information can be found here on the Columbia-Greene Community College website
