Coxsackie Athens School District will be hosting a Transition Night for students with disabilities at Coxsackie-Athens High School on 4/30/25 from 6pm - 7:30pm. We will have different community organizations set up in our High School Cafeteria for students, parents, and educators to visit and receive information on transition services, community resources and other information for students with disabilities. Light refreshments will be provided
