Final Report - For MAAF Organizations

All Organizational MAAF Forward Fund Grantees are required to complete a final report. Final reports are due no later than 60 days following their period of support end date.

  • Final Report due date for May 2024 grantees: March 1, 2025
  • Final Report due date for October 2024 grantees: August 29, 2025

    • Failure to submit a Final Report on time will make the Grantee ineligible for future funding.
