Day Moves is a musical exchange between Duncan Ransom and Adam Kopec, two dads with a shared weakness for good records, faraway places and dance floors that run well past bedtime.

With musical roots stretching from Australia to London, Berlin, Barcelona, Mexico and New York, their tastes wander freely through house, disco, funk, dub, reggae, breakbeat, drum & bass and the occasional unclassifiable gem.

Forget duelling DJ sets. Day Moves is a conversation conducted in records, with Duncan and Adam trading a few tracks at a time, following unexpected connections and seeing where the rhythm leads. Sometimes Adam brings live instruments along for the ride.

Each episode opens with a little talk about the sounds, stories and places behind the selections. Then the words give way to the music, and the journey unfolds.

Old favorites meet new discoveries, genres lose their borders, and the dance floor becomes a state of mind.

Made for kitchens, car journeys, headphones and anywhere a little movement feels appropriate.

Day Moves. Good music travels.
