John Cooley

John Cooley, a writer and three-dimensional artist, lives in Chatham, New York. He received undergraduate education at Syracuse University and graduate studies at Oxford University, leading to PhD in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has taught English and Environmental Studies at Western Michigan University, the Universities of Sussex and Nottingham (in England), and the University of British Columbia.. His books offer fresh perspectives on the life and works of Mark Twain and environmental and nature writers.
