The Federal Communications Commission this week ended the NFL blackout rule, a rule meant to sell more tickets to football games for NFL owners by blacking out television broadcasts in local markets. The NFL vows to continue the practice on its own. Plus, the FCC is considering a case of fining broadcasters for using the term "Redskins," as it is a slur word against Native Americans.
