Greg Mosley is President of Operation Unite, and the director of a new minority police initiative. The program is a joint effort between local governments and the Galvan Foundation. Mosley is a retired New York state trooper. The conversation was recorded in the WGXC Hudson Studio, Tue., Feb. 10.
