Howard Stern signs up for another five years on satellite radio

Satellite radio disc jockey Howard Stern will not return to earth, as he signed a new five-year deal Dec. 15 for an estimated $90 million per year according to several reports. Before leaving syndicated terrestrial airwaves in 2004, Stern had an estimated 30 million listeners; today SiriusXM, his satellite home, has 29 million potential listeners.
