The Local Community Radio Act is almost across the finish line, according to Pete Tridish and Diane Foglizzo, who discuss Washington lobbying and community mobilization in a Friday, September 24 workshop at the WGXC Barnraising. Diane Foglizzo, a Philadelphia musician and community activist, has been working to expand low power fm since 2009. Pete Tridish, a certified Broadcast Radio Engineer, was a member of the founding collective of Radio Mutiny 91.3FM in Philadelphia and a founder of the Prometheus Radio Project.
