Catskill midwife Nancey Rosensweig discussed Columbia-Memorial hospital recent announcement that it is ending deliveries, and directing pregnant mothers to Albany. Rosensweig suggested the decision may have more mothers in the emergency room, and detailed the transportation problems the decision will cause locally.
