Between the Lines: Jack Ketchum (Audio)
Oct 18, 2012
Hosted by Ann Forbes-Cooper.
Stephen King called him probably the scariest guy in America. What better way to get in the mood for Halloween than to tune into a conversation with famed horror writer Jack Ketchum, winner of four Bram Stoker awards and author of twelve bone-chilling books, some of which have been made into cult films such as The Woman and The Girl Next Door. In anticipation of his talk, "Talking Scars," about turning your fears into fiction, at Beattie-Powers Place in Catskill on October 27 at 5 p.m., Ketchum discusses what makes a good horror story, the boundaries he will not cross, and what scares him. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
