In the second hour, Heather Martin will be in the studio to talk about Literacy Connections of the Hudson Valley, a non-profit organization that offers basic literacy education and ESL classes for adults and reading enrichment for children, with free programs in Columbia, Greene, Dutchess and Orange counties.
