On the June 28th edition of "Tell It Like It Is," host Christina Malisoff is joined by guest host Doug McGivney, retired attorney and former Town of Kinderhook Supervisor. McGivney interviews Assemblyman Kevin Cahill, chair of the Assembly Energy Committee and Assemblywoman Didi Barrett, on the issue of of the recent $78 million settlement with Constellation Energy Commodities Group for illegal manipulation of energy markets and pricing. The discussion will focus on the use of a portion of these funds for the creation of a consumer protection system, enhancement of weatherization, HEAP, and an energy efficient appliance rebate program.
