Special hour-long edition featuring recordings from the Columbia County Industrial Development Agency’s public hearing on the Ginsberg’s PILOT proposal. The hearing was held Wed., Oct. 15, 2014 at the A.B. Shaw Firehouse in Claverack. The hearing was conducted for public comment on the tax breaks and incentives in the proposed PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) agreement for the Ginsberg’s expansion project.
