Jay Laveroni was a teacher for 30 years in the Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School District. He retired in 2016 and is currently thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. Jay is employed part-time at Windham Mountain as a Supervisor in the Children's Learning Center. He has two grown daughters, Caitlin and Kersten.
