Brian was born in the City of discovery – Dundee, Scotland, in 1963. Brian held a host of jobs in his career, including: An apprentice engineer; A tool maker/precision engineer with watch manufacturers TIMEX; A sales agent with Prudential Assurance co; Bank financial sales, which led to him becoming area manager in Glasgow overseeing 13 bank branches and 113 staff; Holding various management positions with BUPA Private Healthcare; Sales Director BUPA Dental Care; and Owning his own Private Medical Insurance Brokerage called Essential Healthcare, which eventually had 9 employees. Brian later sold the business to French giants AXA after 8 years. More recently, Brian bought The Executive Shaving Company in 2009 and has since grown the business to what it is now. In his private life, Brian is an ardent supporter of Glasgow Celtic and has owned a season ticket at Paradise since 2003. He owns an apartment is Spain, where he vacations, and he loves eating out, reading, and going to the gym regularly. Brian has been married to Shona since 1979 and has two grown up girls Lucy who is a corporate lawyer and Holly who is a project manager. Brian is proud to mention that both his daughters are now happily married. Brian has a boat on Loch Lomond and recently did the Scottish North Coast 500 (NC500) a 500 mile road trip that is very popular in Scotland. Presently, Brian is now looking for his own motorhome that he can use to tour his favorite places.
