"Mount Vernon and Fairway (A Fairy Tale)," is a musical fairy tale written by Brian Wilson about a magical transistor radio who appears to a young prince. Narration was provided by the group's manager Jack Rieley. The story appeared on the "Holland" album. This episode also includes Anna Friz's "Morse," Gregory Whitehead's "Brain Mash," Public Enemy's "How to Kill a Radio Consultant," Thomas Dolby's "Commercial Breakup," several other brief radio skits, theatre, fake ads, and other radio art.
