¿Qué cocinaré hoy? this week is dedicated to Latinos in higher education. Journalists Mariel Fiori and Antonio Flores-Lobos interview Doris Diaz-Kelly, Assistant Dean of Students and Director of EOP at Dutchess Community College, who talks about her work with Latino students and the different types of resources available to these students --typically the first in their families to go to college. Fiori and Flores-Lobos also talk with three DCC students, Ezequiel Antonio Rosario García, Amairani Pérez Antonio and Ricardo Rodríguez de la Rosa, about their origins and career goals, from policeman to architect, and everything in between! Con esfuerzo, sí se puede. They also discuss the latest issue of La Voz, and the upcoming III Spanish Spelling Bee.
