A letter written and distributed throughout Greene County on May 27, 2019. The letter provides a review of four contracts related to the proposed Greene County Jail facility, including the Ashley, Danforth, Bellamy and Hummel Saratoga contracts. In terms of legal contractual language, all four contacts are identical. The letter also includes a review of the recording of the May 15 meeting of Green County Legislatures that included an extensive discussion about whether to proceed with the contracts for the construction of the proposed Coxsackie facility.
