In this broadcast, listeners will hear "The Rest of the Story of the Suffrage Movement," as presented by Sally Roesch Wagner and recorded by Everything is Real Radio host Sam Sebren at the Athens Cultural Center in Athens, NY, on Sat., Jun. 17. Wagner's lecture was presented in conjunction with the Center's exhibit, "A Declaration of Sentiments: Reflections On the Centennial of Women's Rights to Vote in New York State," curated by Carrie Feder. This broadcast will also feature a selection of compositions by three pioneering women composers working in experimental music and electronics: Daphne Oram, Pauline Oliveros, and Mary Jane Leach.
