A collection of eight "Pop-Up" radio stations will communicate with each other and the world using four different amateur radio technologies, which encourages STEAM learning via practical applications. The event's goal is to make 2,000 contacts around the world and locally using amateur radio in only four hours while raising awareness and raise funds for Bannerman's Island. Members of the public are invited to visit at any one of our safely organized and information rich stations found at family friendly parks and historic locations.
