Scout spoke with WGXC Afternoon Show host George Spencer on August 5, 2019, at Scout's studio in Chatham. Scout discussed his childhood, his early experiences as a street/graffiti artist in Albany, his brief career as a drummer in a band that performed at CBGB and ABC No Rio in Manhattan and on the West Coast, his development as an artist and his show at the Thompson Giroux Gallery in Chatham, which runs from August 10 through September 22, 2019.
