The Livingston Planning Board will hear public comment on the site application submitted by Global Partners LP to develop a 4,800-square-foot cafe and market with multiple gas islands, as well as a diesel fuel island for large trucks, on the northeast corner of the Route 9 intersection at Bell's Pond.
