In order to maintain the quality and taste of Chinese teas during the 15-18 month ocean voyage, producers developed a new method of rolling, oxidizing and drying their teas. Covered in this class will be Czar Nicholas Russian Caravan Tea, Lapsang Souchong and cochin Masala Chai. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
