The Catskill Watershed Corporation and the town of Halcott will co-sponsor a state-mandated annual training for members of municipal planning boards and zoning boards of appeals. Trainers from the New York State Department of State will present two separate course, Enforcement of Zoning and Other Local Laws, and Revising Zoning. Both classes will be followed by a question and answer session. The training is free of charge and open to all elected and appointed officials. Registration deadline Mar. 14.
