An anthology series of dramas and comedies for radio produced at KSVR Studios at the radio station KSVR-FM in Mount Vernon, Washington via the Pacifica Radio Network. The actors are from the Skagit Radio Repertory Company and the Children's Radio Players. The producer is Joseph C McGuire. This episode: "Dr Nourse was a practicing physician at the same time as he was writing science fiction starting in the 1950s. He wrote sub specialty of SF using medicine as the background. Because he was a Doctor he could bring his knowledge of medicine to kind of speculation SF was known for. In Coffin Cure he speculates, with humor, on the down side of medical breakthroughs. The old two edge sword of progress cuts for for good or ill."
