Hillsdale Town Board proposed Local Law No. 2 of the year 2016. Said Local Law, if enacted, would reestablish the Conservation Advisory Council for the Town of Hillsdale. The purpose of the Conservation Advisory Council would be to make recommendations to the Town Planning Board, Town Zoning Board of Appeals, and Town Board on all matters which are specifically referred to it by such Boards with respect to environmental considerations involved in applications or proposed actions pending before such referring Boards. A complete copy of said Local Law is on file in the office of the Hillsdale Town Clerk where it may be examined during normal business hours. Therefore, the Hillsdale Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on said proposed Local Law before regular town meeting.
