Keep It Greene in partnership with Friends of Athens and the Village of Athens will hold a community meeting, "Construction and Demolition Waste on the Hudson: Athens and Catskill, NY." Scheduled to participate: Riverkeeper President Paul Gallay, Geologist and Keep it Greene member Dave Walker and Athens Village Mayor Stephan Bradicich. The event was organized after plans to establish a 6.1-acre construction and demolition debris processing facility along the Athens waterfront became public. A question and answer period will follow the presentations. Open to the public.
