Breezy Lawn Farm is home to the Equestrian Connection Experience and Hooves for Hope that work primarily with individuals with disabilities. Hooves for Hope is a special project (soon to be 501c3) in memory of three grandmothers of the farm. The farm will rescue older horses to restore their health and retire them. There will be vendors from the community, program demonstrations, pony rides, a puppet show, a barbecue, and other attractions.
