Opening reception for Kate Knapp's "Summer Gardens, Winter Flowers" show, which is up January 31 – February 23, 2020. Knapp spends her summers in the garden on her knees weeding and cultivating the blooms that she will pick and put in a vase to paint. She brings the bouquet to her studio or plunks it on her own dining room table in the Berkshires or on her porch in Block Island.
