Historian Bob Gildersleeve and geologist Robert Titus lead a hike around North-South Lake to celebrate National Trails Day. Gildersleeve will describe the cultural history, including sites related to the railroad and Rip's Retreat, while Titus will be sharing the geological history. Considered an easy to moderate hike because of its length. Meet at the South Lake dam parking lot at 9 a.m. Length of program: Four hours.
