The Town of New Lebanon Zoning Board holds a Public Hearing on behalf of Paul and Heidi Hendrick who are seeking an area variance to place an above ground pool on their property located at 29 Avery Hand Lane in the Town of New Lebanon; and on behalf of Janna L. Graves who is seeking relief from the front yard setback requirements to construct an addition on her existing home located at 14 Churchill Rd. The Public Hearings will take place before regular meeting.
